Where is my order?

All shipping inquiries need to be directed to the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, etc). Please do NOT email regarding your order until the TAT has passed. You can find the TAT here.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes! We offer gift cards in the amount $10, $25, $50, and $100. Find gift cards here.

WILL MY ITEM BE PERFECT?

Although perfection is highly desired, these items are made-to-order and handmade. No two items will be exactly alike. Minor imperfections and microbubbles are a possibility on your product. I aim is to create these items with intention and quality in mind.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER SAYS 'DELIVERED' BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT?

I am sorry about that. If possible, I recommend you check around the delivery location (porch, garage, side, or back door), inquire with neighbors, and check the cameras.

Sometimes a carrier marks a package as delivered in error. In most cases, packages are still being processed in the postal system and will show up within a few days and almost always within a week. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of the carrier marking your order delivered, please get in touch with your local postal carrier first. Your postal office should be able to assist you in locating the package, most packages are geotagged. If you believe your order was stolen, you must file a police report.

If these solutions have been exhausted, contact us so we can help.

SHIPPING ISSUES: I ENTERED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS OR MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN UPON DELIVERY.

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address before placing your order. We cannot modify your shipping address after you have placed an order. If you didn't receive your item due to the wrong address you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Please keep track of your tracking so you know when your package is being delivered. Unfortunately, package theft is not covered under shipping insurance and I cannot/will not replace orders or refund orders at my expense. If your item was stolen, you must file a police report. 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged. Send us photos immediately of your damaged product AND its packaging. We will assess the damage and remedy the situation. You may be asked to turn in the damaged items to your postal carrier for an insurance claim.

DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

Yes! I now offer pickups if you are local to the Antelope Valley or live on Edwards. At checkout, you will be able to select local pickup. Once your order is ready for pickup, I will notify you and your order will be available for pickup at Pretty Little Poppy Marketplace or Edwards AFB. If you pick pickup at Edwards AFB, I will email you to schedule a time. Meetups will be at the base post office, you MUST have base access. If you do not have base access and select pickup you will need to pickup from Pretty Little Poppy Marketplace.

CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS.

I accept custom and personalized requests. Almost everything in the shop can be customized! Want to create something custom? Please reach out to me through the contact form. Custom orders will have a $5-$10 design fee. A 25% deposit is required before any work such as mockups, design changes, etc, this will go toward your total. Once the mockup is approved you will be required to pay the remaining part of your invoice. If you decide not to go with us for your custom order after the 25% deposit is paid, this cost does not get refunded as it is part of the work we did to provide you with the mockup of your custom order. 


Coupon codes are not valid on custom orders unless approved by Creations By Eliza D. We have the right to cancel your transaction if this policy is violated.

Do you offer Rush Orders?

Yes! We have a set turnaround time (TAT) for all of our products and many times we get them out before the stated TAT which you can find here. But it is not guaranteed that you will always get your order before the stated TAT. Therefore you can add a rushed fee to your order.

How it works:

Email me BEFORE purchasing to see if I can meet the deadline you need your order by. If you placed your order and then reached out to me, I cannot guarantee that the order will be eligible for the rush order. Therefore it is best to email me beforehand you can do so by using the contact form or by email.

 

We will only be taking on a certain number of rush orders which is determined by the number of orders and my schedule.

 

Rush fees are posted below - they start at 25% of your order total (before taxes and shipping). Rush fees are not the same as express shipping - you will need to purchase that when checking out.

Rush Fees:

Same Day - 50% of the order's subtotal

1-2 Business Days - 45% of the order's subtotal

3-5 Business Days - 35% of the order's subtotal

5-7 Business Days - 25% of the order's subtotal

Once your rush order request is approved, I will invoice you the rush fee total. You have 8 hours to pay the rush order invoice. Rush Fee orders will NOT be worked on before the rush fees are paid. If you do not pay the rush fee invoice within the allotted time you will need to email me with another request.
