Orders are typically processed within 3 business days but can take up to 14 business days on busier weeks, and THEN your order will ship. Pre-orders are 4-8 weeks from your order date.
*Items returned to sender because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate*
Please double-check your cart and shipping information when ordering. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed!
Where is my order?
All shipping inquiries need to be directed to USPS. Please do NOT email regarding your order until 14 business days have passed.

RETURN POLICY HERE ( no returns or exchanges at this time )
Orders will be processed within 14 BUSINESS days from the date your order was placed. ( this means I have up to 14 business days to make/ package your order THEN it will be shipped! ) After that you can check tracking on your email / phone confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact USPS so they can best serve you. We don't offer cancelations or changes to orders as they go straight into shipment. Please triple check your sizes and addresses!
We are not responsible for any in international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost.

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Yes! We offer gift cards in the amount $10, $25, $50, and $100.
WILL MY ITEM BE PERFECT?
Although perfection is highly desired, these items are made-to-order and handmade. No two items will be exactly alike. Minor imperfections and microbubbles are a possibility on your product. I aim is to create these items with intention and quality in mind.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER SAYS 'DELIVERED' BUT I NEVER RECEIVED IT?
I am sorry about that. If possible, I recommend you check around the delivery location (porch, garage, side or back door), inquire with neighbors, and check the cameras.
Sometimes a carrier marks a package as delivered in error. In most cases, packages are still being processed in the postal system and will show up within a few days and almost always within a week. If you haven't received your order within 7 days of the carrier marking your order delivered, please contact your local postal carrier first. Your postal office should be able to assist you in locating the package, most packages are geotagged. If you believe your order was stolen, you need to file a police report.

SHIPPING ISSUES: I ENTERED IN THE WRONG ADDRESS OR MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN UPON DELIVERY.
Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address before placing your order. If you notice a mistake has been made after placing your order and we have not shipped it yet, please contact us and let us know. If you didn't receive your item due to the wrong address you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.
Please keep track of your tracking so you know when your package is being delivered. Unfortunately, package theft is not covered under shipping insurance and I cannot/will not replace orders or refund orders at my expense.
WHAT DO I DO IF MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED?
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item arrives damaged. Send us photos immediately of your damaged product AND its packaging. We will assess the damage and remedy the situation. You may be asked to turn in the damaged items to your postal carrier for an insurance claim.

I accept custom and personalized requests. Almost everything in our shop can be customized! Please contact me and we can create it together!
Coupon codes are not valid on custom orders unless approved by Creations By Eliza D. We have the right to cancel your transaction if this policy is violated.
DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?
Yes! If you are local to the Antelope Valley or live on Edwards, I now offer pickups. At checkout, you will be able to select local pickup. Once your order is ready for pickup, I will notify you and your order will be available for pickup at Pretty Little Poppy Marketplace.
