Return Policy

All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will get you a replacement. Please provide your order number and name to our email (hello@creationsbyelizad.com)

Please double-check your cart and shipping information when ordering. We are unable to modify or cancel orders once placed!

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for sizing, so size up if unsure of the fit or fabric. Individual size charts are on the listings. We don't offer cancelations or changes to orders as they go straight into the shipment. 

 

Once your order has been processed within my 14 business day time frame*, then shipped, it is out of my control. If you have any inquiries regarding shipping delays you will need to contact USPS so they can best serve you.
