Shipping & Return Policy

Turn Around Times (TAT):

1-3 business days: Eliza Jane Boutique Section and Ready to Ship Items

1-5 business days: Accessories, Beaded Pens, Motel Keychains, and Cups/Drinkware

Up to 10 business days: Graphic Tees

Up to 14 business days: Pre-order Graphic Tees. TAT starts AFTER the preorder is closed.

Weekends, Holidays, and personal vacation days are not included in the TAT.

TAT does not include shipping time.

Shipping:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. The address will be used exactly as inputted by the customer for the shipping label. If a product is returned to the sender for any reason, the customer/buyer will be responsible for the additional cost of re-shipping the item. If an item is delivered but the buyer is unable to locate it, please call your local post office as they have GPS coordinates and can help you locate it. If you suspect that your package has been stolen, you need to make a police report. Creations By Eliza D is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Creations By Eliza D makes no guarantee of delivery dates as final delivery is by a third-party service. Dates shown at checkout are estimates only.

When an item with free shipping is bought, Creations By Eliza D reserves the right to determine what shipping class the item is sent as. 

Returns for Creations By Eliza D (not Eliza Jane boutique):

Due to the nature of personalization and the fact that everything is made to order, Creations By Eliza D does not accept returns or exchanges. If you believe you've received an incorrect item, please email hello@creationsbyelizad.com within three (3) days of your item being delivered and we can work to find a solution!

If requested by Creations By Eliza D, the item(s) must be returned/mailed back for inspection within seven (7) days of initially reaching out. If the item has been used or worn, the return will not be accepted and no refund will be granted. If a return is not accepted and you would like the item returned to you, you must pay for shipping. If the item can be replaced, no refund will be processed and the item will be remade. If Creations By Eliza D remakes the item, there will be no changes other than correcting the mistake (no change in shirt color, size, etc).  If the item is unavailable, a refund will be processed. 

Orders that are refused or sent back to Creations By Eliza D will be refunded the order value MINUS shipping, a restocking fee of 15%, and any custom order design fees.

Returns/Exchanges for Eliza Jane Boutique:

To be eligible for a refund, all items must have the original tags still in place and be unworn. Any traces of wear, including but not limited to, hair (including pet hair), makeup, perfume, smoke, or other odors would prevent the item from qualifying for a refund. Please also note that our return policy lasts 10 calendar days. Inventory changes frequently, so if 10 days have elapsed since the date your purchase was originally shipped from us, we can no longer offer you a refund or exchange.  All returns must have an order number.

Eliza Jane Boutique strives to select items that launder well, however, we will not be held liable for any changes that may happen to a product due to individual laundering processes. It is important to follow the exact washing instructions provided by the manufacturer. We are not responsible for any change in product quality if/when the tags are removed, items are tried on, washed, and/or worn.  

Returns:
Returns must be delivered to Creations By Eliza D/Eliza Jane Boutique within the mentioned time frame. You MUST contact us via email at hello@creationsbyelizad.com before sending an item back to us. Please include the order number in the email. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please note:

  • Mystery items, sale items, and giveaways are not eligible for exchanges.

  • Items marked on sale, door-busters, or clearance items are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

  • Items purchased during a free gift-with-purchase event are final sale.

  • Items must be in original, unworn condition with no odors or stains.

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and send you the status of your refund. If you are due a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. All returns will have a 15% restocking fee (of purchase price). As we offer free shipping, this mostly covers the shipping to you as well as the time necessary to check each item and re-stock it in the shop. If points are used on an item being returned, the points are non-refundable.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to the fact our inventory changes frequently, exchanges will be based on product availability and a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at hello@creationsbyelizad.com with your specific situation. Please note that exchanges are held to the same 10-day policy and all shipping is at the expense of the buyer (both back to us and the new item back to you), except for damaged or defective merchandise.

Return Limitations:

Customers can return up to 5 total eligible items in a one-month / rolling 30-day period. If items are sent back and surpass this number of items allowed to be returned, you will be responsible for return shipping.

You are responsible for paying the shipping costs required for returning your item. Exceptions may be made for defective merchandise and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Original shipping costs, if any, are non-refundable. Please print a copy of your electronic invoice and include it with your return and request for a refund or exchange. If no directions are included, we will process the item(s) as a return with the 15% restocking fee. 

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your returned product to reach us may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You should consider using a shipping service that provides tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance.

Cancellations:

Due to the preparation that goes into each order, cancellations are not permitted by the customer. 

International Shipping:

We are not responsible for international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery.  If packages are declined or returned to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost, a restocking fee of 15%, and any custom order design fees.
