
Shipping & Return Policy
Turn Around Times (TAT):
Ready to Ship Items: 5-7 business days
All other items: 7-14 business days
Preorder Items: 15-30 business days
Weekends, Holidays & Personal Vacation Days are not included in the turn around time.
Turn around time does not include shipping time.

Shipping:
After your order has been shipped, you can check the tracking on your email confirmation. If you have any shipping inquiries you must contact the shipping provider (UPS, USPS, etc.) so they can best serve you. We don't offer cancelations or changes to orders as they go straight into a shipment. Please triple-check your sizes and addresses! We cannot change your address after your order has been placed.

If the order says "delivered" by carrier there is NOTHING Creations By Eliza D is responsible for or can do, you must work with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Refunds:
All sales are final. If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery and we will get you a replacement. Please provide your order number and name to our email (hello@creationsbyelizad.com)

Orders that are refused or sent back to us will be refunded the order value MINUS shipping, a restocking fee of 15%, and any custom order design fees. Items returned to us because of a customer address error will be recharged the shipping rate.

International Shipping:
We are not responsible for international duties/taxes/tariffs charged to customers upon international delivery. If packages are declined or returned back to us, you will be refunded your order value MINUS the international shipping cost, a restocking fee of 15%, and any custom order design fees.
