Rush Orders and Fees

We have a set turnaround time for all of our products, many times we get our products out before the TAT (which you can find here), but it is not a guarantee that your order will go out before the TAT. Therefore we have created rush fees, if you need your order before our TAT we can do that. See below for how it works.

 

HOW IT WORKS:

Email me before purchasing to see if I can meet your deadline. My life and schedule change daily so I want to ensure I can meet it before promising it. If you placed your order and then emailed me, I cannot guarantee that it will be done before your timeline therefore it's best to email me beforehand using the contact button below. 

We will only be taking on a certain number of rush orders. I am mostly a one-woman show, so I cannot take on a lot of rush orders on top of my schedule.

Rush Fees are posted below. They start out at 25% of your order total (before taxes and shipping). Rush fees are not the same as express shipping.

RUSH FEES

Same Day - 50% of the order's subtotal*

1-2 Business Days - 45% of the order's subtotal*

3-5 Business days - 35% of the order's subtotal*

5-7 Business Days - 25% of the order's subtotal*

You will be invoiced these fees. After your order is placed. You will have 24 hours to pay the invoice. Orders will NOT be worked on before the rush fees are paid. If not paid then the rush fee invoice will be void and you will need to email me with another request.
